Behind the first anti-collision bulkhead is a double-bottom single-side transverse frame structure, and the bow and stern tip cabin and engine room are single-bottom single-side transverse skeleton structure, six cargo holds are arranged in the cargo area.
This ship is a cargo ship that uses its own belt conveyor to unload granular bulk cargo such as sand (cargo density 1.3~1.5t/m3); When loading, it is loaded according to the loading order of the loading calculation book. Each cabin needs to be trimmed. Flatten the bulkheads around the cargo hold. It is strictly forbidden to stack the cargo beyond the hatch coaming. If it has a serious impact on the stability, then pressurize the bag and baffle measures; the ship is not allowed to have partial loading conditions when loading the cargo; The ship is equipped with a sand suction pump.
The ship is equipped with self-priming system and belt conveyor self-unloading system and the cargo holds water drainage system. The belt conveyor self-unloading system consists of a sand chamber, a hopper, a belt conveying chamber. It is composed of belt conveyor, diesel engine, electric motor, gear box, reducer, etc. Cargo holds water drainage system, it is composed of a water well, a water suction pump, an alarm, etc., which can drain the water in the sand tank in time.
Before loading sand and gravel, the ship should check whether the self-priming equipment and cargo hold drainage system meet the requirements for use. Strictly follow the loading sequence in the loading calculation book during the sand suction operation, and the unloading order during the sand unloading operation. The order is opposite to the order of sand suction operation. When the sand suction tube is stuck on the seabed, it should be stopped in time and use a cutter or other equipment to cut and discard the sand suction tube.

Dredger and Ship Building
1, Material Purchase
*Checking the Business License and Registration Certificate of Suppliers.
*Using calipers to test the thickness of steel plate.
*Using sclerometer to test the hardness of the steel plate.
2, Pontoons Welding
*Using welding failure detector to inspect the welding quality.
3, Equipment Assembling
*All the equipments on the dredger should be well-know brand including Cummins engine, Siemens PLC, Japan Yuken Hydraulic valve block.
*Using three dial gauges to adjust the concentricity of engine, gearbox and pump.
*All the electric lines are concealed wiring type.
*All the Hydraulic pipes are pickled three times.
4, Dredger Painting
*All E-TOUCH Dredger construction parts are of shot blasted plate with shop primer. Dredger after construction and assembly all rusty surfaces, welding spots and damaged shop primer will be cleaned and coated with primer.
*The painting of machine parts, readily supplied by third parties will be cleaned and touched -up in the original color.
*Color scheme according to owner's specification.
5, No-load Test
* All the main equipment, including Engine, Gearbox, Pump, Hydraulic system.
* Electric system, are tested for at least 2 hours in factory.
*All the suppliers of the main parts should be on the spot to solve any problem.
6, Dismounting and Packing
*All the parts are marked before dismounting.
*All the small parts are put into packaging box with a packing list.
* All the hydraulic pumps and pipes joints are packed by plastic wrap.
*Every part ( no matter how small ) is registered on the packing list.
7, Delivery
* All the big parts are fixed in the containers by wires ,
* Before delivery, all the persons in charge should sign and make sure all the equipment are in good shape.
Dredger Launching Site is Available in our Shipyard
In order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested at the launching site before ex-factory, it is tested like the machine working in the customer's working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process. Usually, the buyer can also supervised the testing process before dismantle the dredge.
A. Preparing work before Dredger Testing
1) Customers will be invited to watch dredger test , radio and pictures will email to buyers.
2) Every parts and connections of dredger should be checked strictly before test.
3) Oil and cooling water should be ready for dredger test.
B. Dredger Test Contents
1). Work condition of electricity connection of dredger should be checked .
2). Emergency pump to check operation conditions of hydraulic controlling system,
3). The speed and power of diesel engine should be tested
4). Dredging pump will be tested and rotates at different speed with fresh water. 5). In order to check the operation of various hydraulic machinery and values, the main hydraulic pump will be opened and hydraulic system load performance should be tested.
C. After Testing
1). All equipment performances and testing recorded will be printed as report for customers' reference.
2). after testing, all work about dredger dismantle should be prepared and let customer knows when and what time will do the delivery.
